Agreed before we start
Every engagement begins with a short written agreement that sets out the scope, the fee, when it is paid and what happens if plans change.

What every search includes
There are no extra charges for the parts of our service that make up the Four Promises.
- Verified shortlist within 6 business hours of the JD call
- Identity checks on every shortlisted candidate
- Structured scorecard and AI-readiness assessment
- Joining Assurance through the notice period
- 18-Month Success Plan check-ins
If a hire does not work out

Advisory and GCC work
HR Advisory and GCC Setup engagements are priced by scope, agreed in writing before work begins.
Candidates never pay
