AI Transparency Charter
We use AI to make hiring faster and fairer. This charter explains exactly where AI helps, where people decide, and how we protect the data of clients and candidates.
Last updated: [date]
Our principle
AI helps; people decide. No candidate is rejected, shortlisted or assessed by AI alone. A senior person reviews every decision that affects a candidate or a client.
Where AI helps
We use AI tools for work that is repetitive or data-heavy, so our people can spend their time on judgement.
- Mapping and ranking the talent market against a role brief
- Drafting role briefs, interview questions and summaries
- Flagging joining and counter-offer risk
- Scheduling and keeping candidates updated on time
- Supporting identity and deepfake checks through a specialist partner
Where people decide
These decisions are always made by a person:
- Calibrating the role with the hiring manager
- Choosing who is shortlisted, and why
- Assessing leadership, AI readiness and fit
- Every piece of feedback given to a candidate
- Advice to clients on offers and joining
Fairness
We use structured scorecards with evidence for every rating, review our process for bias, and never use AI to judge protected characteristics. Any candidate can ask for a human review of how their application was handled.
Data and privacy
We use candidate and client data only for the search it was shared for. We do not sell personal data. [We choose AI providers that do not use our data to train their models.] Full details are in our Privacy Notice.
Regulation
The EU AI Act treats AI used in hiring as high-risk, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection rules apply to the data we handle. We design our process to meet the rules in every region we serve.
